Join us at The Life Centre every Monday night for a special one hour meditation drop-in.
This drop-in is ideal for those who have completed Mick’s Yoga for Anxiety Course, or his Introduction to Meditation, or if you are just curious about this 5000 year old art and science. Either way, no prior experience of meditation is needed in order to attend the drop-in. All you need is your mind, body and breath. Over the hour Mick will guide you through some simple modern meditation techniques along with some insight into this ancient art and science of wellbeing. You can book here or just turn up.
