“Our Yoga "Journey " started with seeing a post on the local Facebook page advertising "Yoga for Beginners" and a decision to go along to see if it would help a bad back. Mick's instruction and guidance is fantastic. He is an extraordinarily knowledgeable and hugely experienced teacher who is very patient and passionate about how yoga and meditation can help. This rubs off onto the class. We soon became hooked and found both physical and mental benefits we never imagined. Fast forward 12 months and we have had part of our garage converted in a brilliant yoga space for us to use at home.

MarieThere are few times in your life that you can actually remember every little nuance and word spoken especially in a training situation, however Mick's friendliness and the way in which he taught enthused the group and made the whole experience utterly divine! I found it absolutely inspiring, I have been doing Iyengar yoga for around 2 years but have never actually tried meditation 'properly' I have only dabbled a couple of times when unable to sleep.
You were certainly right about the world being in HD afterwards, it was amazing, I felt like I had just had the best sleep ever! I am going to spend some time looking on your website and hopefully will be able to attend one of your Deansgate sessions.
