Meditation doesn’t end here. It continues in how you live and act.
This is about action… where attention, awareness, and attitude come together. From here, action becomes clearer and more aligned. Less reaction. More response.
In A Modern Way to Meditate, this is where practice becomes something you live, moment by moment.

How you meet your experience shapes everything.
This meditation explores attitude… the quality of mind you bring to each moment. Judgement and resistance can soften into curiosity and kindness. It’s a subtle shift, but a powerful one.
In A Modern Way to Meditate, changing your attitude opens the way to greater ease, resilience, and clarity.

If attention places the mind, awareness opens the space around it.
Here, we move beyond focus… into noticing thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise. Awareness is already here. It simply needs recognising. As this grows, there is more space and ease.
In A Modern Way to Meditate, this is where practice deepens into a more spacious way of being.

This meditation begins with attention… learning to place the mind with intention.
Instead of being pulled outward, we gently choose where attention rests, returning again and again. Nothing to force. Just notice, and come back. This is where meditation begins.
It’s also the first step in A Modern Way to Meditate, where attention becomes the foundation for clarity and change.
