Join senior yoga teacher and meditation coach, Mick Timpson, for Community Yoga in Chilcompton. Mick’s classes welcome all levels, helping you explore and apply the benefits of yoga in a friendly, inclusive environment.

What You Can Expect:
✨ Gentle postures to relieve stress, build strength, and increase flexibility
✨ Conscious breathing to cultivate focus and uplift energy

The 60-minute classes are open to everyone—just bring a body that breathes and a mind open to growth!

Mick is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher with over 35 years of experience, deeply committed to helping others through his classes and teaching. As a retired architect, Mick now dedicates his energy to supporting individuals in the local community to improve well-being, creativity, and balance in their lives.

Through his teaching, Mick brings a compassionate, fun and approachable style to every class, guiding students to connect with themselves. His mission is to create a space where everyone—no matter their experience—can discover their inner potential and feel more at peace within the world around them.
