Thank you for joining me and signing up to my course on Modern Meditation. You won't regret it. In fact it's probably the best thing you can do for yourself, friends, family, colleagues and community.

This course is based on my core teaching at beanddo and is the basis for many of the courses we run in health, social care, business and education as well as our community courses.

My passion is to train individuals and organisations to use Modern Meditation as a real world, day-to-day application, and reap the many psychological and physiological benefits according to their individual needs. This makes our meditation a relevant, engaging and flexible, contemporary practice, designed to help empower anyone and everyone, whatever they do and wherever they are.

The course is divided into10 parts which when completed in order will give you a better more immersive and effective learning experience.

The course provides:

  • Over 30 purpose made YouTube video talks from Mick as he guides you through each practice.

  • 10 guided Modern Meditation audios practices that combine to make a powerful personal practice.

  • A self-practice journal to help you record, track and explore your journey

  • FAQ's to help you go deeprer and support your emerging learning and practice.

  • Your own e-book edition of Making Happy Work, the main course material.

The first part takes you through a detailed Introduction on what Modern Meditation is, how it works and why it's a vital 21st Century life skill.

Sessions 1 - 8 then take you through the eight aspects of my Modern Meditation training which together gradually build a detailed and supportive learning experience to help you develop your own practice.

The final part is then a simple call to action to incorporate this practice into your daily life.
