    This meditation begins with attention… learning to place the mind with intention.

    Instead of being pulled outward, we gently choose where attention rests, returning again and again. Nothing to force. Just notice, and come back. This is where meditation begins.

    It’s also the first step in A Modern Way to Meditate, where attention becomes the foundation for clarity and change.
